About Scoreboard
The Scoreboard is an online score keeper for game nights, card games, quizzes and sports. Add up to 12 players or teams with their own name and color, then score with plus and minus buttons for up to four step sizes, or type any amount. Rounds are recorded in a table, so you can see who scored what in each round and correct an entry later, and the leader is marked with a crown.
Set a target score and decide whether the highest or the lowest score wins, which covers games such as golf or Hearts where fewer points are better. A round timer from 10 seconds to 15 minutes keeps turns short, and undo steps back through every change, including new rounds and table edits. TV mode switches to a full-screen display with large numbers, ideal for a television, projector or tablet in the middle of the table.
It replaces paper and pencil for board games, darts, card games like Rummy or Skat, pub quizzes, classroom competitions and family tournaments. Scores live only in the open browser tab and are gone when you close it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. Undo steps back through every score change, including new rounds, a new game and edits in the rounds table. You can also correct any round directly in the table.
Does it work for games where the lowest score wins?
Yes. Choose Lowest score wins for games like golf or Hearts. The game ends when someone reaches the target, and the player with the fewest points wins.
Is my game saved?
No. Scores stay only in this tab and are gone when you close it. Nothing is uploaded.
How do I show the scores on a TV?
Open the page on a laptop or tablet connected to the TV and switch to TV mode. It goes full screen with large names and totals, and keeps the score buttons available so you can still update it.
Can I time each round?
Yes. Switch on the round timer and set between 10 and 900 seconds per round; it can be paused and reset.
